The venue is so cool! A working farm, about 1 mile west of downtown Grapevine.....and no one knows it is there...the local ferrari club used to get there early and put "Lamborghini" stickers on all the tractors....?? ?? The old farmhouse is "period correct"....except for the hidden AC ducting....and they put on demonstrations on what life was like on the prairie.....none for me, thanks.....I prefer indoor plumbing. The city really gets into the show, and kids play with the chickens, goats, etc. A really nice day (except when it hits afternoon heating.....) We have a great Italian caterer.
